Good food is always accompanied by good wine, therefore we have selected a broad list from the wine world - something for every dish and every palate. There are over 300 wines in our cellar and you can get many of them by the glass.

Champagne and sparkling wines will be the best choice to start. You can choose local Slovenian classics from the Radgona cellar or go for French champagne. Our house champagne brand is Mumm, but you can also join rap singers who only drink Cristal, tranitionalists, who swear on Dom Perignon or rare group of privilidged ones who had a chance to taste the prestigeous Clos du Menil. For a bit less traditional taste, especially for non-Slovenians, Chateau Intanto made from Teran wine by Jazbec will be the right choice.

One of almost hundred white wines on the list will fit lighter appertisers and fish. Besides all winemaking regions of Slovenia, well-known names from France, Italy, Croatia, etc. are present, ranging from light and fresh Istrian Malvasias to full-bodied burgundies.

Since red wines are the most popular in CUBO, they are dominant on the wine list as well- there are more than hundred of them. Among the most popular ones in CUBO are Jakončič's red Carolina and our house wine - CUBO rdeče (red), made and bottled exclusive for us by a renowned Slovenian winemaker Movia. For special occasions, names that the whole world knows will be appropriate: Lafitte, Latour, Gaja, Sassicaia.

CUBO is well known for its desserts and we will find a suitable accompanyment for them as well. Some of dessert wines on our wine list are even so good, that they can be a dessert by themselves - Ben Rye from a tiny Italian island of Pantelleria or the king of dessert wines Chateau d'Yquem.

And how to finish the meal? If you don't choose one of ports or sherries, we can offer something stronger as well - a good pear William brandy, whiskey, cognac or some unusual liqueur.
